The Peppermint Latté is peppermint par excellence in this great mix of all-natural peppermint syrup, our famous freshly-roasted espresso, white or regular chocolate, and steamed milk ­topped with whipped cream and special holiday sprinkles! -The full chemical name for caffeine is 1,3,7-trimethylxanthine, and its chemical formula is C8-H10-N4-O2.

By-the-way, did you know that the two main species of coffee beans are the Arabica and the Robusta. While Robusta coffee is cheaper to use, at Hampton Coffee Company, we only roast and serve Arabica coffee beans, not the inferior Robusta type that is used by many big companies that sell their coffee in cans.

In addition, in all our cafes, we use water that has been double and triple filtered and brew our coffee in "airpots" -thermos-type servers which keep the coffee hot for hours without additional heat that can cause coffee to become burnt and bitter.
