February is Specialty Coffee Month and Water Mill's Hampton Coffee Company is celebrating as Specialty Coffee Month's exclusive sponsor for all of New York State!

As its many loyal customers know, the eight-year-old Hampton Coffee Company is not only an espresso bar, café, juice bar, and bakery, but a coffee roaster as well. Co-owner Pepe Martinez is also the "Roastmaster" and is responsible for the company's exclusive blends like Hampton Classic Blend (their best-seller) and the smooth Hampton Espresso Blend that is used in their espresso bars and contains an amazing five different varieties of coffee beans from around the world. Most roasters only use two or three. In fact, Hampton Coffee Company is Nassau and Suffolk Countys' largest independent roaster-retailer! One can stop in any day and smell the freshly roasted coffee before even setting foot inside.

"The theme for this year's Specialty Coffee Month is 'Specialty Coffee is a Love Story'", said co-owner Jason Belkin, "and Hampton Coffee Company wants everyone to fall in love with our coffee with some special offers the last week of February."

For the week of February 24th, everyone is invited to come in and take advantage of these offers:

1. Free coffee scoop ­absolutely free for the asking! The amount of coffee you use in your brew is crucial to creating a "perfect" cup of coffee.
2. Free 1/4 lb. of coffee beans with every pound of coffee purchased. Choose from any of dozens of regularly-priced freshly roasted estate grown coffees. Use this opportunity to try something new!

The Water Mill espresso bar & café is open all year round and is located at 869 Montauk Highway in Water Mill, right next to The Green Thumb Farmstand. Hours are 7am­6pm daily. The full-service restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and snacks until 4pm. Their popular dinners begin again in May!
