Chai is a black tea beverage made with milk, honey, and spices served either cold over ice or steamed-up like a cappuccino and served hot. The tea drink has been gaining in popularity over the past few years, so Hampton Coffee Company has teamed-up with Oregon Chai to get more people to sample this up-and-coming coffee and cappuccino alternative.
