Hampton Coffee Company™, a community-oriented company based in Southampton, New York has plunged into the Hamptons summer season by opening three new Racquet Cafés™. New cafés are located at Buckskill Racquet Club and at the Racquet Club of East Hampton, both on Buckskill Road in East Hampton, just north of Montauk Highway. A third is located in Amagansett, on Montauk Highway along the "Napeague Stretch", at Hither Hills Racquet Club, just a few steps west of Cyril's Fish House. This is Hampton Coffee Company's easternmost location in the Hamptons.

All three cafés are operated by the new owners of Hampton Coffee Company and feature a great selection of freshly-baked muffins and scones, handmade sandwiches, great salads, and freshly roasted gourmet coffees. The same items that have made their full-service Water Mill espresso bar and café a summer and winter hot spot!

Racquet Café specialties include a mesculun salad topped with grilled lemon chicken breast and a balsamic vinaigrette and a Black Forest Ham sandwich topped with tangy honey mustard, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomato, served on Tuscan Bread with a side salad. Both items are a very reasonable $6.95. Espresso, gourmet coffee, assorted juices, iced teas, lemonades, and soda are also served, as are nutritious and refreshing Fruit Smoothies ­made with real fresh fruit and fresh-squeezed juices! Try Strawberry-Banana or Berry Blast, a delightful blend of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

"By expanding further east, more people will be able to experience Hampton Coffee Company and see for themselves what everyone in Southampton and Water Mill have known about for six years now," said Jason Belkin, a partner in the business. "All our muffins are freshly-baked every morning and we use only the best ingredients in everything we serve. If they like our Racquet Café, we know they'll make the trip to Water Mill to try something from our full menu like Shrimp Fajitas, Huevos Rancheros, or the best made-to-order omelets anywhere."

The Racquet Cafés are all located inside each tennis clubs' Club Houses and are entirely open to the public. Plenty of free, onsite parking is available at all locations, as is outdoor seating in beautiful and relaxful settings. These cafés provide the perfect opportunity to get away from the summer traffic and crowds and cool down with an Iced Coffee or meet friends for a delicious, no-hassle lunch or breakfast.
