Café Now Offering Full-Service Breakfast & Lunch
On Weekends

The Hampton Coffee Company™, located at 869 Montauk Highway in Water Mill, is collecting holidays donations for Suffolk County's Make-A-Wish Foundation® chapter through December 24. For a suggested donation of $2.50, customers can purchase a three-dimensional paper "Wish Angel" that contains the story of a local child with a life-threatening illness whose wish came true thanks to the work of the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Suffolk County. For each Angel purchased, the Hampton Coffee Company™ will donate an additional 50c to the local non-profit organization.
Last month, owners Jason Belkin and Pepé Martinez donated 20 pounds of gourmet coffee to the Long Island Food Effort (LIFE), for their Thanksgiving Food Baskets for those in need. The two say they are very proud to be part of the local business community and feel fortunate that they can do their part in making a difference for others.

In other news, the Hampton Coffee Company's café will remain open every weekend this winter season, offering a delicious full-service breakfast and lunch menu. For breakfast, in addition to an assortment of freshly baked muffins, scones, and croissants, they feature a breakfast special for $7.95 which includes a made-to-order omelet with that day's fresh fillings, fresh-squeezed juice, a bottomless cup of their freshly roasted gourmet coffee, and a toasted bagel with any variety of cream cheese spreads.

Their fantastic lunch offerings include warm Balsamic Grilled Chicken on Tuscan Bread, Prosciutto with fresh mozzarella and pesto spread, and Ham with honey mustard dressing. Each sandwich includes a complimentary side salad like Mexican Fiesta Corn Salad or homemade spicy salsa or guacamole. Homemade soups like Split Pea and Black Bean are available as well.

The sit-down breakfast is served in the café on weekends from 8 a.m.-12 noon. Lunch is offered from 12 noon until 3 p.m. Relaxing, live music is presented Sundays from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. During the week, any of their sandwiches are available for self-service or to take out. Their popular juice bar is also open during regular hours, which are weekdays 8-5; weekends 7-5. They are closed on Tuesdays for the winter season.
